12th International Children’s Festival 2017 Aquarium of the Pacific – Long Beach

The Aquarium of the Pacific’s twelfth annual International Children’s Festival is a special festival for kids.

Welcome to the Aquarium of the Pacific’s 12th annual International Children’s Day Festival, celebrating the amazing talents of children of many cultures. West African, Mexican, Pacific Islander, Cambodian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Persian, Irish, Slovak, and Czech dance are among the children’s performances, along with martial arts demonstrations and an international children’s choir. Kids of all ages can partake in a percussion circle, Japanese origami, Native American crafts, and Pacific Islander traditional children’s games. Celebrate the children in your life as you explore the wonders of the ocean.

Folklor group Podkovicka from San Diego will be performing Slovak and Czech dances/songs on Saturday, April 1, 2017 @ 12:20pm. Aquarium opens 9am-6pm.
