Svaty Mikulas Celebration and Tree Lighting 2018 Cedar Rapids

On Friday, November 30th, at 6:30 pm, Czech Village Association will kick off Deck the District with a tree lighting ceremony and Svatý Mikuláš Celebration. The event will begin at Aces & Eights Saloon with cookies, cocoa, traditional songs, a short presentation about Svatý Mikuláš (St. Nicholas) customs, and a visit from Svatý Mikuláš himself.

Immediately following, guests will walk across the street to the Kosek Bandstand to officially light the Czech Village Christmas tree!
